There are several options:

Butter - use the same portion
Margarine - use the same portion
Oil (olive or grape seed) - 1/2 cup = 4 oz oil
Appesauce or fruit puree - use same portion

Each of these will change the flavor of your product so consider flavor when you decide which to use.

Lard or margarine (that contains AT LEAST 65% - 70% vegetable oil. Don't use any "spreads" (especially "diet" spreads) as they contain too much water and your recipe won't turn out.
