I make his quite often for church functions.
Spray a 9x13 dish with vegetable spray. Peel and dice enough potatoes to cover the bottom of dish. then add baby carrots and diced onions. Cover vegetables with boneless skinless chicken breasts, salt and pepper to taste. Take one can of cream of chicken soup and put in a small bowl, dilute with 1/2 a can of water. Mix well. If you like sour cream, add a couple of tablespoons and mix.
Cover and bake for 60 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes to thicken gravy.
With this chicken recipe all you need is a toss salad and bread of your choice and dinner is served.
I hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!!

I have to make a comment on the 40 clove garlic recipe. Do not peal the garlic. Once it is cooked you can squeeze it out of the skin and eat it or spread it on bread like butter. I make it a lot and it is great.
