Tuna Casserole

1/2 minced onion
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk, 2%
2 cup cheddar cheese
450g small shell pasta
6 cup water
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cans fancy albacore tuna in spring water
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed

1 Cook shell pasta in water. Drain
2 In a medium sized sauce pan, combine soup and milk until smooth. Add tuna, onion and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add cheese and stir until melted.
3 Mix tuna sauce with the pasta.
4 Top with crushed potato chips.

I used to love this when I was a kid. Enjoy!

Tip: Fancy Albacore tuna in spring water doesn't taste fishy. If you use the chunk light tuna it will definitely taste very fishy.

Depends on one's taste buds. The very thought of tuna in 'mac & cheese' makes my hair stand on end but your taste buds might think 'mac & cheese' with tuna is the next best thing to sliced bread. It's a question only YOUR taste buds can answer. If you make it into a casserole and add crushed potato chips on top before baking, it is called "Fairie's Casserole"

It's not bad. You can boil and drain egg noodles, add a can of tuna, a can or cream of chicken or celery soup, a little milk, a few frozen peas, crush some potato chips to put on top and heat up in the oven for about 1/2 hour.

Yes, it's awesome. If you add a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, and a splash of Worchestershire sauce, then bake it in the oven -- it's the way my wife makes Tuna Casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes with a lid on, then take the lid off for 5 more minutes.

If you like tuna, yes. Very much. I would suggest mixing a couple of handfuls of cheese in there too.

My kids love this, but only if it is home made and not from the box mac and cheese... if you like you can also add peas to this and make it a full meal like a quick and easy stove top casserole.. Good luck and God bless

Hello:

I like macaroni and cheese with tuna in it,and I will add some canned sweet peas that have been drained to the macaroni and cheese. I know that it probably sounds really disgusting, but it is really good trust me!! ;-)
