No, you've essentially cooked it in the microwave and changed the composition of the ingredients and because cool whip isn't real cream, you can't whip it and get the result you're looking for.

You could try using an electric mixer on high until it forms soft peaks, or if you have a commercial mixer use wire whip attachment on high until soft peaks form, I do not know if it will actually work though, but it is worth a try.
