With eggs and the mayo or miracle whip in them I wouldnt make them more than a day or a day and a half ahead of time. Even with refrigeration it would make me nervous about the salmonella because the stuff will have gotten a little warm while you are making them and the bacteria could get activated.

You can boil the eggs a week a head of time as long as you keep them in the fridge. Two days before you need them is the earliest I would make the mix. You could prepare them at this time, but I have found that the ingredients in the mix (I use capers & tuna) tend to go a bit flat if it sits together in the fridge.

Only 1 to 2 days ahead. Now remember they like to stink up the fridge so have your baking soda handy and open in the fridge. What happens is if you let deviled eggs sit for too long they get runny.

I would prepare them the day before. If you make them too early and they sit in the fridge, they will accumulate a liquidy substance at the bottom and that is just yuck! Have a Blessed day! :)
