I'm looking for the best beef/meat to use for jerky. I'm not good at cuts and have no idea what kind to get. Also, can you find this in a regular grocery store? or do I need a specialty meat store. I also think it would be fun to try elk, buffalo, moose etc. Where can I find these types of meats? Thanks!

I am visiting my Grandfather in Florida and his Grapefruit tree is full. We have given away as many as we can so I thought that I might make a few things (cakes, breads etc) in order to freeze them for him.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I've started to see this cut in the meat department and would like to determine the grilling time with the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. What cuts is it similar to in terms of texture, density and flavor? Does it require any special treatment for grilling?

Thanks for your help.

I love my OXO swivel peeler. It's so much faster than that cheap Ecko peeler I used for too long.

I'm entering a competition for the 2nd year and need a cool and new idea. I've got a few, but am interested in hearing what people would like to see.

Right now my cake ideas are:
1. Pinata - burro
2. Bubble bath with a mom resting inside (kind of like mother's day cake)

I need help please! Thanks!
