Hi, try this recipe:
1-1/4 cups flour
2 teasspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt (I only use a dash)
2 egg yolks
1-1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 egg whites

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl beat egg yoks, stir in milk and oil. Pour all at once in dry ingredients (flour, etc) and stir only until blended. Beat eg whites until stuff but not dry, fold into batter. Heat waffle iron. Pour batter on hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown. (Yield 8 waffles).
