I love to cook. My favorite spices are

fresh herbs-I grow them and use them in everything. My favorite is rosemary steamed new potatoes

sea salt-I like it because it is healthier and less processed than table salt, which has added artificial ingredients

Fresh ground black pepper, and mixed pepper medly. Much more flavor than the canned stuff

Cumin-I love it in beans and lentils

Fennungreek-the basis for homemade curry powder. I also like to sprout fennungreek seeds for a spicy sprout

Dill-fresh and home dried-I use it for homemade refrigerator pickles

celery seed-I blend it with sea salt and season veggies with it

Fresh garlic-I dehydrate it, mince it, and add it to olive oil for a seasoned oil

homemade infused oils-with fresh herbs, garlic, peppers, etc

organic mixed herb and salt blend-I make my own

Black mustard seeds
Cumin Seeds
Dried red pepper
Garam Masala
Curry Powder

Cardamom - green, and powder
Cinnamon - sticks and powder
Clove - powder
Allspice - powder
Nutmeg - to grate, or as powder

The first group for vegetable curries and the second group for sweets ... although clove and allspice go with tomatoes with candied ginger for a very nice chutney ...
