I love my OXO swivel peeler. It's so much faster than that cheap Ecko peeler I used for too long.

Before clicking on the question I was thinking about my OXO peeler. That thing is constantly being used. I actually brought it to Taiwan with me from the US.

And my favorite big gadget is my Kitchenaid mixer, which cost me a bundle to ship here. But since the bread here sucks, it is great to be able to easily make my own.

Wow, that's tough. I have to pick?? I'd go with my simple lemon juicer, and the microplane. For bigger gadgets, I don't think I could live without the food processor. It's gotten quite a workout the last 7 years, I can't believe people don't use them more.

Easy! =D A wooden spoon! Not much of a gadget...but think of the wonders it can do! It could be..

A beater for your eggs
Something to help you mix your cake mix
A stirrer for soups and sauces and other liquids
Even a drumstick for when you liked forming a band with pots, pans and cutlery when you were a kid! XD

And it's really easy to clean too!

My small gadget that I use all the time is a garlic press. I use garlic all the time when I cook. The bigger gadget that I cant live with out is my dishwasher--I just hate doing the dishes.

Melon ballers. They have to be the handiest things ever. I use them for so much, especially making appetizers. I also use larger melon ballers to scoop cookie dough for equally sized cookies.
