I am getting tired of eating out or eating lean cuisines every night but whenever I try to cook, I either have too much food leftover or it sucks.

The soup basically called for onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, water, heavy whipping cream and Gruyere Swiss cheese. It came out very watery. Any suggestions? I would really like to salvage it - if possible.

I'm actually looking for two meal ideas. I am looking for a yummy, make ahead breakfast for Christmas morning. That way I can get up, put it in the oven and it will ready when we're done with presents. Also, what are some alternative ideas for Christmas dinner. We don't want turkey or ham. We considered a roast chicken but decided against that as well. What else is there? I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks!

I want to bake for a Christmas party with my friends. What looks chocolatier-made, but is easy? I'm thinking chocolate covered pretzels with colored sprinkles, but I want to consider other desserts before I actually start. :-)

i know you can use peanut oil in a turkey deepfryer, but i think i might have tried to use it in a regular house deepfryer and i had a hard time to get it to heat up, so can anyone give any advice as to whether i can use peanut oil in a deepfatfryer????
