a friend of mine gave me a real easy cheesecake recipe here it is:
Mix together a graham cracker crust. if you don't know how look on the graham cracker box it should give the recipe.
pat that in a spring form pan. and put it in the freezer until you get the filling mixed up. the filling is as follows:
filling:
for every package of softened cream cheese you use ; use 1/4 cup granulated sugar and one egg.
so if you use 2 packages use 1/2 cup sugar and 2 eggs.
4 packages of cream cheese you would use 1 cup granulated sugar and 4 eggs.
mix together the sugar and eggs until creamy and then mix in your softened cream cheese. if you want chocolate cheese cake then add premelted chocolate (you can buy it already melted in package at your supermarket.) and mix until all the cream cheese is mixed with egg and sugar mixture. then add a teaspoon of vanilla. Pour it into your graham cracker crust and bake in a 375 degree oven for about an hour. put a pan of hot water in your oven on the shelf beside your cheesecake and it will keep it from cracking on the top while baking . take it out of the oven when done and cool and enjoy

Roll it into balls and then roll over crushed nuts, serve with crackers. YUMM!!!
Or....
Take Pilsbury Crescent roll ( tube) bread and lay it out flat, place the cream cheese in the middle and wrap the dough around then bake the recommended amount of time in the oven.
You can add carmelized onions and fruit jelly of any kind to the above recipe. Just put it on top of the cream cheese and seal it inside the dough. Delicious!!
The above recipe is so easy and looks like you spent forever making it!!!
or. . .
Take sliced ham, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on and center a small pickle or spear in the middle roll it up. Good for relish or meat tray. Snacky!!
or...
There is always cheesecake!

you could make a no-bake cheesecake. Take 2 cups of gram cracker crumbs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and about 1/2 cup of melted butter and mix and press into the bottom of a pan. Let it get hard (I freeze it while I make the cream cheese topping). Take 2 pkgs of dream whip and prepare how it should be. Add 2 pkgs of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar to it and mix together well. Top the crust and refrigerate overnight.
This is so yummy. Enjoy
:)
Oh...you have 4 pkgs...so enjoy 2 of these..haha

You could make cheesecake, and call me when they're done! Just kidding. My family likes cheesecake or for special occasions we make cream cheese mints with powdered sugar and mint or vanilla flavoring. There is some kind of marbled brownie that looks good with cream cheese. New Years is coming up so you could make some yummy dips with it. There are lots and lots of dip recipes around.
