Chicken is Fowl.
Poultry- A bird- an egg laying beast.
Now they do sell Chicken in a can ready to make chicken salad.
Great to keep in the pantry for emergencies.
Tuna is a fish. It has gills rather than lungs and swims in the Ocean.
One brand of Tuna is know as "Chicken of The Sea".
The brand has a history to it from when people were a little nervous about eating canned fish and they decided the brand name "Chicken Of The Sea" was a better selling name for the Tuna product.
They still sell it today.
This sounds like a silly question but people do get confused.
Either way the preparation of a Tuna or Chicken Salad is up to you and we always suggest having a few cans in the closet for emergencies. Try googling different recipe sites.
Tuna comes packed in water, Light Oil and regular oil depending on your diet and preferences.
Thank you for asking.
Some People are really confused about this issue.
Either way. Your can make a gourmet meal out of these products especially if you are sick, or in a storm or just don't want to go to the store.
Happy Holidays.

No tuna is a fish!lol
All tuna species are fished commercially, but Bluefin, Yellow fin, Albacore, and Skipjack are the most heavily fished. Bluefin, in particular, is highly prized in Japan, where the fish of the highest quality is used in sushi and sashimi. Albacore and Skipjack are often cooked and canned in oil or water for sale throughout the world, and Yellow fin is frequently labeled as “Ahi” for sale in Hawaii and along the Western coast of the United States.

No, Tuna is basically ground fish. It tastes pretty good though and I think it's healthy too.
