You probably are not doing anything wrong. Is it humid where you are? I would just add a little more flour or spread some flour/cornmeal on your board when you roll/press them out. This happens with bisquits too.

Tortillas are more of a feel-it thing than an exact measurement thing. I think the most important part is turning the dough out onto a well-floured surface after measuring. That really reduces the stickiness. Knead a little while and add flour tablespoon by tablespoon until it feels right. It should be smooth and elastic.

Use cold water. Hot water enhancess the "stickiness factor." Plus you will need to flour your tortilla press and hands, too.

Try adding a bit more flour. Recipes are not to be taken so exacting. There are conditions in the weather and the ingredients to be accounted for.
