The cookies taste really good, but did not rise and are pretty crispy.

Make a trifle w/ them... layer pudding, mousse, whipped cream, adn maybe some cake cubes w/ fruit, candy pices, or whatever sounds good.

Or use them as a crust fora bar cookie... instead of graham cracker crumbs. Like the "Magic Cookie Bars" (aka 7-Layer Cookies) or "Mississippi Mud" pie (layered dessert w/ choc pudding, cool whip, pecans)

I once came across a recipe for pie with a graham cracker crust. Depending on what kind of cookies you have, you might want to just crush them, and use them as crust for some sort of pie. :)

You can totally make a crust out of them. just smash them up and melt and pour over them and place in a pie plate. smoosh into plate and give it time to set up use any filling you want. Even chocolate pudding.

mocha mud pie..
crumb based..with peanut butter and frozen ice cream with
whipped cream ..and chocolate syrup on top..mmm
..also Kahlua..double chocolate cheese-cake..
