Alright So I basically understand the basics everyone gave me and thanks for all the answers. Some were a bit complicated than I had guessed and some a little simpler than I wanted. I'm looking for something basic. I have noodles, ground beef, and cans of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce no prego unfortunatley. the main problem I'm concerned about is the whole ground beef part any help? thanks for all the previous answers

If I bake a cheesecake how long will it keep in the fridge? Can it be frozen? Will it still be nice when dethawed or will it get mushy?

I made apple bran muffins and used eggs and yogurt in the recipe (but no milk.) Is it okay to store them outside, or should they be in the fridge? Because a little while ago, I do remember making oatmeal muffins, leaving them outside and they collected fungus. Yuk! Needless to say, I threw that batch out!

I want to make potatoe latkes but I dont have a food processor. I also really don't want to have to do it by hand. Is there any other way to do it, for example, with a blender?

Ok, if I put some dark ale in a big pot and start to boil it, not a lot just a little like a few cups and then add the cubed beef and stir it. Is that all I need or would I need to add anything else to the dark ale to cook it? After that I'm going to heat up some mole sauce and drizzle it over the meat with some of the ale.

While I was baking, I cracked an egg and the whole thing was a pinkish-red color. I haven't been able to find much specific information through google... Does anyone know for certain why some eggs are like this, and how dangerous are they to eat? (Obviously I didn't use the whole thing, but if i cracked it into what I was making and couldn't get all of the "white" out, is that bad?)
