If I bake a cheesecake how long will it keep in the fridge? Can it be frozen? Will it still be nice when dethawed or will it get mushy?

Yes, you can freeze it. I have frozen cheesecake slices before and if you thaw them nicely, for about 3 hours or so, it still tastes good. I've kept cheesecake in the fridge for about 3 days, it usually doesn't last longer because me and hubby end up eating it lol.

Our cheesecakes can keep in the fridge for up to a week, but they rarely are around that long(they get eaten pretty fast). In the freezer they can be kept a while!
