I'm baking for the holidays in a few days. I plan on making brownies but I need to know what I should put on top of it? Any ideas???

Also when you make cuts out of brownies do you cut the shape out before or after you bake them???

Orange or Lemon Glaze:

Mix 1/2 cup congectioners' sugar, 1 tbsp. orange or lemon juice, 1 tbsp. grated orange or lemon peel, and 1 tsp. soft butter. Spread on brownies while still warm. Cut brownies after they have cooled completely. (There is no way to do it before).

Definantly cut after baking or use those different muffin shaped pans. Like star, tree, etc.
Try putting caramels and chopped walnuts right on top after baking and let it melt over it.
Or for a holiday flair sprinkle white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes right after baking and let it melt.
Both are yummy and will look fab in different holiday shapes!!
