You can do better by not buying the pre-made soups.

Instead, buy a chicken, a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, and a box of whole wheat pasta. Bake or boil the chicken. Your first meal can be a real, non-soup meal! Make soup from the rest. You can control the salt content, the fat (you can cool the broth and skim fat off the top), and it's much better for you overall.

A chicken costs about $3; vegetables $1; pasta $1.50. I've made that much last a whole week, no problem. You can also buy a box of onion soup mix (2 envelopes in a box) $1, 2 cans of black or kidney beans $1, bag of vegetables $1, large can of tomatoes $1 and eat like a princess for a week on $4.

This is definitely not very healthy! The Ramen noodles is a good idea - add some veg (you can buy thi on the cheap from markets), this has got to be better than just cuppa soup!

are you able to get a job? it incredibly is the summer season - that's the proper time to get a job. in case you're only residing off loans, i think of it's time to revisit community college. Oatmeal is nice, yet how long will it take you? in case you eat so little for greater or less week, you would be nice - yet your milk is going to run out. you will run out of oatmeal. Get a job. common answer. sell what you may.
