Depending on the thickness of the steaks, sear them on the stove top and then pop them in a 400 F oven for about 10 minutes for 1 1/2 inch thick steaks at medium rare.

Well, first you put the minute steak in a baking dish, add some olive oil. Turn the oven on at 800 and put the baking dish in the oven for one hour, then you turn it over for one minute. That's how you get a minute steak.

Take them out of the marinade and I recommend 4 minutes per side if you like them medium. Also if they are a cheaper cut you should bake them slow and low. It's hard to tell you with out know ing the cut of the steak as all beef cooks differently. If it's a good steak, t-bone or rib-eye grill it and right under the broiler and check it if you like rare or medium rare I'd go three minutes but grill at a high temperature. And watch for fire.

Put them on some aluminium foil. When the juices run clear they are fully cooked.

on the grill or in the broil mode of the oven would work better. you cook them until they're done to your liking.
