What should I have? I need something that is filling because I am soooo hungry, but nothing is making me "unhungry!" I don't want to get fat and whatnot! What is something that is good, filling, and not too bad for you?!?!

Some home-made dressing, not the stuff you buy in the store.
Or do you ever put just olive oil on your salad and then spice it up? If you do what spices do you use? Thanks!

Hi I asked this question last night but Im hoping to get some more answers today....thanks!

Im a college student living on a very tight budget, whenever I go to the Market it seems like I spend a bunch of money on food and then get home and still can barely find anything to make...I need some ideas on some stables to buy at the market that I can make a variety of foods out of, are sometwhat healthy, and dont cost a lot.

I want to duplicate the recipe from my favorite health food store for making a confetti bean salad (cold). They probably use balsamic vinegar ( or red wine vinegar) and olive oil. I don't want it too sour or too sweet.

So would the proportions be 2 olive oil to 1 red wine vinegar or balsamic??? What's the taste difference between red wine vinegar vs. balsamic?
