I USE EITHER CORN FLAKES OR ITALIAN BREADCRUMBS MIXED W FLOUR, SOMETIMES I USE JAPANESE BREAD CRUMBS.

First you beat a couple of eggs with some chopped garlic and whochestor sauce. Then you have some flour and lots and lots of Tony Sacier's Seasoning Blend. After dipping the chicken in the egg (dredge) then you coat it well in flour (drudge). Make sure your oil is hot, but not too hot. About 375 degrees should do it. Do not put too many pieces of chicken in the pot at once. They don't need to touch. Watch the chicken closely. When it turns a golden brown, it's pretty much ready to eat. MMMMM....I think I'll have that for supper.

Self rising flour mixed with salt, pepper, paprika and sage. Roll the chicken it and let it set for 10 minutes then roll in it again.

In your flour put salt,pepper, and some Paprika, dip your chicken in milk then the flour repeat if you like extra crispy. Make sure your grease is not. (country )fried chicken yum yum

the simple egg wash, and bread crumbs.. add a lil spice to it tho like cayenne pepper.. maybe some fajita seasoning and a lil lemon pepper.. its good on hamburgers... try it with chicken?

beaten eggs, roll chicken it it, then flour, then crushed corn flakes, then egg, then flour again, then fry 30 minutes each side until done on medium to low heat covered!

1c buttermilk
1/2c canola oil
salt to taste
