does anyone one have a recipe for chocolate mini muffins? not chocolate chip, chocolate as in cocoa powder.?

i need a recipe that contains cocoa powder and regular milk not buttermilk. all the ones i've found have contained chips and or buttermilk or half&half. i just need one i can use ingredients i have on hand .

Look on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa box, the recipe for deep dark chocolate cake is PERFECT for muffins. Hope this helps.
