Time, practice and experience are needed to bake a pretty cake. Bakers have years of experience put into practice making flowers etc. to put on cakes. Some turn out and some don't. Try air brush on a cake one time and you will know what I am talking about.

Baking a cake isn't so hard....making it look nice and pretty is another thing. Takes time, practice and a little luck.
