I was warming the sprouts in the microwaves for a few seconds. I had it covered as I read that it was better to keep food covered in microwave when warming food. (Just as well since the cover keep all the smitherings in side and saved me cleaning out the microwave.) I found this very unusual . I thought I might have left it too long but it was still not even warm. I put it in conventional oven after that lol! I am wondering why it exploded too. Thank you!

This is not the frozen kind. They are a little cheaper cause you have to bake it yourself. If you did buy one, how was it?

Soooo...I went to Sam's Club and found a great deal on garlic. I ended up with 5lbs for $3. There's no way to use 5lbs of garlic before it starts to grow without owning your own Italian resteraunt. I now have baggies and baggies of peeled garlic that is still growing in it's baggies. Can I freeze it?

I have recently discovered that I love courgettes, but the only way I have cooked them so far is by chucking them in a stir fry or curry, or steaming them? Does anybody know of any nice (relatively easy) recipes?

Had a dish at Le Marche (Swiss Restaurant) the other day... it was chicken bits and mushrooms in a mushroom cream sauce. I believe it had a foreign name starting with a "G" but I could be mistaken. Would love to have the recipe, or similar one.
