Scrambled eggs with cheese and diced green peppers and tomatoes are the absolute best in my opinion.

A BIG FAT omlet with scrammbeled egg, cheese, bell peppers,tomatoes,tabasco,and hot peppers!!!!!!!!!!

I love devilled eggs made with sweet pickle, a little mustard and sprinkled with paprika!!! Yum!

I think I'd have to omit the tomatoes and add onion. Just don't make mine runny!
