I'd eat a dog just for the heck of it. If it tasted good, then it's a bonus.

I mean, they say that some Chinese people eat cats and dogs, so there's gotta be something to it, right? I bet they do taste good. But I can't think of a good excuse to find some dog that I can legally kill and eat, and there aren't any dog restaurants around.
I'll definately try it if I go to a dog eating country.

Dog is actually pretty tasty. If you marinade the meat correctly, it's soooo good.

The best way to cook it is slow roasting it on 250 degrees for about 6 - 10 hours, depending on how big the meat is.

I recommend dogs with shorter hair. Medium breed dogs taste the best. Big dogs taste too gamie and small breed dogs taste kind of like rabbit.

I was in Wal-Mart buying a large bag of Purina for my Labrador
Retriever and was in line to check out.

A woman behind me asked if I had a dog.

On impulse, I told her that no, I was starting The Purina Diet again, although I probably shouldn't because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms.

I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry & that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again.

I have to mention here that practically everyone in the line was by now enthralled with my story, particularly a tall guy behind her.

Horrified, she asked if I'd been poisoned and was that why I was in the hospital.

I said no.....I'd been sitting in the street licking my balls and a car hit me.

I thought the tall guy was going to have to be carried out the door.

no longer lots will take place as long as they do no longer make a habit of it. they could have somewhat upset tummy or unfastened stools from changing ingredients, yet that's probable all. this is no longer an excellent thought to enable them to eat one yet another's meals on a known foundation, however. domestic dog meals is formulated to have multiple energy which will basically positioned pointless weight on an grownup canines, on a similar time as grownup canines meals won't have all the food that a growing to be domestic dog desires. I *do* like the respond above with regard to the extra youthful canines prepared to positioned on makeup and stay out previous due, however. good one! :-)

All animals are the same and its only cultural conditioning that allows us to eat one and not the other. Meat is meat, and allowing only for differences in texture and taste, one is not "good" and another "evil"...of course, I rarely eat meat anymore anyway. A couple of semester of medical school dissecting cadavars and seeing THEIR uncanny resemblance to meat carcasses at the butcher helped that, along with the microbiology classes and descriptions of all of the parasites that can be in meat. ICK!

No, I don't like seeing animals before I eat them. If cows or chickens were as common as dogs, I wouldn't be able to eat them either. This is also why I can't pick out my lobster before I eat it!

I think the food at the Chinese Buffet I frequent tastes pretty decent, bound to be a few Cats/Dogs and other goodies that comprise the "Chicken" and "Beef" I'm eating.

There are some cultures in the world that eat dog. I hear it tastes good when you eat it with beer. Personally, I wouldn't. I can't imagine eating Lassie. :)
