Braised vegetables (add some nuts) and serve over rice...season veggies with a little garlic (very little if you have a meeting) salt, Worcestershire, pepper, and a light dab of butter...yum.

It's still Summer!!! How about stuffed tomatoes? make your favorite tuna salad or chicken salad and place a scoop in a tomato you have "almost" quartered (not all the way through so it stays open) and de-stemmed. Its light, low cal, and satisfying!! If you want to get fancy, stuff an avacado half, just as good!!

take a portions of boneless chicken, add sliced tomato, a small onion, salt, oregano, coriander and capsicum/ carrots/ peas/ potatos, add a quarter cup of water and pressure cook it for 10 minutes. open, and eat! quick and yummy, and no oil needed!
