I asked a question about what the best seafood is and an answers member Cornfunkel tole me bearded clams were expensive but worth every penny and tastes very good, and that i should ask any waitress at a restaurant for it. Well I did and they screamed and me and kicked me and my hubby out of the place and told us that we were losers and rude. What is wrong with people today?

I went to a cookout many years ago where someone had brought a peach pie. It was in a pastry crust, had peach filling (not too sweet) and instead of a pastry top, it had a crumble top. I could probably experiment and come up with something similar, but if you have a tried-and-true recipe for this, I'd really appreciate having it. Thanks!

I use alot of recipes that call for egg whites, but not the yolk, but I do use the yolks for when I make fresh ice cream.... is it possible to freeze the egg yolks without disturbing the protein balance in the yolk itself? If I freeze them in the quantity I'll need for the ice cream, I could just defrost them when I decide to make it... but I just don't know if I can actually freeze the egg yolks without ruining them. Any help you have on this subject is much appreciated. Please don't answer with an "I don't know", just to answer. Thanks in advance for your help!
