Are you sure my wildest dreams will come true? I use left over chicken. I cut it up fine add Mayo, chopped celery, chopped onion, I even put in a chopped up egg or part of one. I put it on toasted bread, i like whole wheat myself. I thing what i just wrote would be called Chicken salad. For creamed Chicken, make a cream gravy add salt and pepper to taste add cut up chicken. To make gravy use a teaspoon of cooking oil in frying pan. Take 1/4 cup flower add a small amount of milk and stir, it will be thick but this way you wont have any lumps. Now add this to skillet and add milk slowly, stirring it none stop while it cooks while adding milk until it is the texture you wont, then add the chicken. this takes maybe 10 min.

1. Chop a chicken's head off, pluck it, and cook it.
2. Cut the chicken meat up into chunks.
3. Put the chunks into a bowl with chopped onion, garlic, and salt.
4. Pour an ounce of cream into the bowl, and stir.
Now, about my wildest dreams...

If your asking what I think you then boil a whole cut up chicken. Let cool and take off the bones. Put the meat in a food processor and add about a cup of mayo, salt and pepper. Pulse until mixed and there you go. Or just buy canned chicken drain and mix with mayo.
