This is my favorite. They are really good.
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs liquid smoke
Place ground beef in a bowl. Season with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to suit your tastes. Add worcestershire and liquid smoke. Mix together well. Form into 4 patties. Grill until they reach your preferred amount of doneness. Never pushing down on patties while grilling so that they remain juicy.
While grilling the patties, toast the buns on the grill also.
Remove patties from grill when done and place on buns. Top with your favorite condiments. Eat and enjoy.
Good luck and good eating.

Ground sirloin, seasoned with Tony Chachere's, and grilled over mesquite. Anything else is just "hamburger".
