Blue cheese, swiss cheese, and a sharp cheddar all go great together. Or just choose one, but they complement each other big time on a burger. Umm.. I'm more of a wine drinker so I dont know what to say about the beer.

Try swiss cheese, bacon, onions and bbq sauce. Wash it down with an ice cold Budweiser.

I like to use a mix, because provolone cheese melts so well to give a good stringy cheese, but I put cheddar jack for a great taste. . . .Everything is good washed down with Bud!

A good sharp cheddar is great with bacon, and the best beer to wash it down with is "cold" ;)
