My grandma used to make a type of saugage-like meat called scrapple for my dad. I have looked up recipies for it but haven't found the right thing. I know that scrapple has a medley of organ meats in it but I am having trouble finding a recipe. Can you help me? Thanks,

I planted a blackberry bush 3 years ago and up until now the maximum amount of berries in a year was 20 (easy eating.) This year the whole bush is covered in berries. Does anyone have recipes for blackberries?

Its my first time cooking fish and I let it sit in the sink defrosting but its been an hour and is still frozen. So i looked online and all of them say you shouldn't defrost in room temp as bacteria multiply quickly this way. I put the fish in the refrigerator to finish defrosting but I'm wondering is it still ok to eat or will I get food poisoning or something?!
