He did NOT die from drugs or alcohol. That is an urban myth that started after he starred on Law and Order, and the character he played died in a similar manner. He is, in fact, alive and well.

he went to college. they did a send off show where he got on a bus as everyone said goodbye and good luck at college.

the answer is that it really is all city Legend he did not do Herion he's not lifeless and he may have went to varsity yet regardless of all in all I also imagine that Steve does a significantly better pastime at being Steve than Joe does of being Joe.
