I like low carb ,but im tempted to have a big mac and fries/ or In and oUt double-double protein burger? any ideas

Get a box of pork stuffing mix. Stuff some porkchops. Put them in the micro wave just long enough to start cooking, then put them in the oven to brown. Make a salad, and there' s dinner.

grilled chicken tossed in homemade pasta tossed in olive oil and bacon bits and tossed in dashes of oregano and basil

nice simple, healthy. just watch out for the quantity of the pasta since u want low carb

make like 70% grilled chicken and 30% carbs
