Absolutely delicious served with rice, using sauce to pour over rice, my boys love this recipe although we usually have bone in ribs. Lip-smacking good.If using bone in ribs, have a wash cloth at the table.lol

Put them in a low (150-160C) oven until they are brown and cooked through
Meanwhile, sweat off some onion in oil until pearly looking.
Take off the heat.
Add some brown sauce, sugar, pinch of salt, pinch of five spice, and a splash of both sesame oil and vinegar. All to suit your taste.
When you are happy with the ribs, heat up the sauce and mix the two together.
Lovely!
Also works well if you rest the ribs for a while then coat in a little flower and drop into hot oil.
I like to rest them in the sauce afterwards to take away the crunchy texture after frying.

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/XlXVC
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

I just made some last weekend that turned out wonderful. I soaked mine in beer (Coke/Pepsi would work also) for several hours then I grilled them over low heat with BBQ sauce.
