Actually - the easiest and tastiest pork chops are:

Season with just salt and pepper, and brown in a little olive oil. Take them out of the pan and add a can of cream of mushroom soup, about 1/2 teas onion powder, and salt and pepper. Add enough water to make it a gravy consistancy and put the chops back in. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. Yum!

A good pork chop doesn't require any other seasoning than just plain salt and pepper. However, McCormick has a great "Grill Seasoning" from their "Grill Mates" line. It's course salt, pepper, some granulated garlic and onion and a small amount of coriander and red pepper flakes. But don't just season and bake. First seer the chops in a saute pan until a nice golden brown crust appears on each side then finish in a 400 degree oven until 145 degrees internal temperature.

I put a little salt and pepper, some garlic, a little cajun seasoning or chili powder and then I pour some olive oil in the baking pan and put the pork chops in and then pour this spicy vinegar based bbq sauce that I have on top of the chops and put them in the oven...it makes them so juicy and so tender :)

Salt, pepper, a little glarlic, a little onion powder, and some basil. Your mouth wont know what hit it, trust me. It's simple and flavorful.
