I have been married for 10 years have 3 kids, and over the past 3 months my husband has been cheating, I have proof and have kept my mouth shut the old let him hang himself. I want custody of my kids.. I got so upset one day I gave up alittle of the info I knew, the taking her out to dinners all the calls he was lying about etc.. SO now he has apologized to me for that part of the deciet he denys ever telling her he loves her or that it went further.. so he and the girl have come up with the situation they want to be out in the open, and for me to give my permission for them to see each other 1 night a week.. I have not given permission as that to me is dating.. I am confused as he tells me one thing then when I hit his emails I can read what he is telling her.. they text 20 times a day she calls from 6am-1 in the morning, and he was hiding it now he doesn't since "he is being honest" what he doesn't know is I know everything they have done. what would you do in this situation?

What do you do when the depression keeps coming back?
I've been depressed (major depression) for about 8 years now and for about 5 months I've managed to "get over it" and I was fine until now and I'm just kind of fed up with it. I don't know what to do. I'm losing focused in school and I'm starting not to care anymore about anything. The only thing that's keeping me going is the fact that I want to be successful in the future. If it wasn't for that I think that I would've committed suicide already I've been in a couple of bad relationship where the guy was trying to take advantage of me sexully but thankfully I never let it get to that level. To be honest I don't know how I've kept my sanity for as long as I have. I"m starting to get fed up with everything. I am currently a junior. I really want to graduate and hopefully get my MBA in graduate schools.... I"m stressing and I don't know what to do

my husband and i were seperated for a year..he said he didnt love me anymore and that he was talking to a girl from his work. they never slept together...she wouldnt. well we've reconciled two months ago. last week i found out he was still talking/texting her. He is very sorry and says he will have no further contact with her because he loves me and our family. (we have 2 small kids) he came back because he realized we were meant for each other, he was miserable without me, and he wanted to be a family. he has vowed never contact her again. so i want to believe him but i can't trust him. to make things worse he recently got a myspace and now he's been in contact through myspace with some old gf, (his first) i know she is married and i doubt anything would ever happen but, you never know. i cant seem to trust him and i am constantly checking his cell & computer whenever i can. he tells me he loves me all the time, we're more of a couple now more then ever. i want to trust him, help!

I know this sounds crazy, but I was told this last week at a party. Apparently there's this growing number of people who think it might be the same person. I just did like 100 google image searches for them and couldn't find one picture of the two of them together in the same place at the same time.
The idea is that the person who created both "personas" wanted to portray two opposites for the world - American/British, straight/gay, actor/musician... Mr. Holland's Opus was supposed to be a bridge between the two and no one got it, supposedly. If you re-watch the movie you can see there are all these side comments about England, and they keep talking about splitting oneself in half to form two different people, and in one scene Holland keeps taking his round glasses off and putting them back on again. Kind of like HELLO!!!

They were also both born in the same year - 1947. Coincidence?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me, please? Has anyone else heard of this?

Husband had an affair with a manager he works with (he had moved out and was living with her). he is back now and we are supposedly making a go of it. Except it hasn't been easy, as he is angry at himself and struggles to take responsibility, and basically the upshot is we are not in a great place right now.

his work Xmas party is planned and its at an intimate party venue (there are 25 staff) partners are invited.

I expect him to take me, in fact I NEED him to want to take me. Yes I AM insecure. Everyone at his work knew about the affair and it would mean heaps to me if he took me, as they all know we are back together. There'd be a message to them if he didn't take me.

he is not sure he wants to go. I am dreading him saying he doesn't want me to go and he'd rather go on his own.

I have never met her, but I want to show his colleagues I'm OK. I can handle seeing her: i will ignore her. although it'll be tough in a small place.

any advice to get him to take me

She is super nice and I do love her, but I don't know if I can afford to keep up with her lifestyle. If we keep seeing each other, we may decide to get married and I don't want one of those wife that will spend all my paycheck on things she doesn't need. Do you think its best to end it now before it becomes too late. I don't want to have to worry about making a million bucks to keep her satisfy.

My husband pays the majority of the bills because he is in the military and brings in the most money...Car bills, rent, etc are set up on allotments before he gets paid, so he has less than $100 after everything comes out. I pay the little things like groceries, electric bill, etc.My problem is when my husband and i go out to the store after i get paid, he will want something and convice me about how much i like it (then i typically end up buying it.), or another example he will grab candy off the shelf as we are walking by and he will say "Mine" like a child just looking at me holding it close to his chest. I really hate this situation, my husband is 27 yrs old. He does this to me always after i get paid, because he has nonthing left after all the bills are taken out of his check....what is he doing and how can i get this to stop? Please help, i want to feel like a wife not a mother...

I posted this question yesterday, but I need more opinion regarding my friend's thought: Will it work if you really try hard enough, you can get your ex back even he was with his new partner. I knew a friend of mine she got her husband back after she kept to make her husband felt guilty by leaving her. Her husband finally came back to her after his gf broke up with him. My friend said it is a happy ending, she just happy they finally broke up and my friend and her ex meant to be together. I am worry about my friend will be hurt the third time again.... Her ex left her twice for the same woman

im engaged to my high school sweetheart . i felt he was my soul mate unitl ....BUMMER he cheated on me right after my sons 1st birthday. He says it was his fault not mine that he should have confronted me with the issues he was feeling(loneliness, no affection, no attention, and NO SEX!) I had a hard pregnancy that left me unable to have intercourse for a good 6mnths! yeah tell ME about it! this was my 1st baby & I was so happy. Not only did he cheat on me he also got her pregnant! of course she didnt keep it! i kicked him out for 2wks). I let him back in because he was crying not eating & tried to commit suicide. I couldnt let that happen to the father of my child! After it all happend I did it to him BUT he never found out. It was a down low thing with this guy Ive felt deeply for since 4th grade. I had dreamed about this guy since we last saw each other (3yrs) &when i saw him i couldnt resist! ive placed that behind me & am double thinking the engagement!am i wrong

I had a problem with roleplaying online awhile back. Some of my roleplays were guy/girl but most of them consisted of me pretending to be a girl and roleplaying with other girls because i had some stupid obsession with lesbians. I did'nt look at it as cheating at the time because it "wasnt physical" but then i started to realize that it dos'nt matter because it was behind my fiance's back. I felt horrible about it and came clean to my fiance and told her what was going on. It did hurt her alot but she said she forgave me. I know I made a huge mistake. I know I can't take back what I did, do I deserve to be forgiven?

If it is within the rights of one spouse to choose to not to want to have sex should it be within the rights of the other to not to share their disposable income?

Note that disposable income is surplus income that is beyond paying the bills.

Heres the deal:
A while ago, my dad wanted to take me out for my birthday, but I only would go if my sister would go (my parents are separated, but not divorced) . So we went with him. Then he says he wants to take me out shopping another time so I can get some 'other' clothes (apparently he doesn't like what I wear. but, whatever.) So I just pretended I forgot it for a while (more like two months) but I saw him again the other night, and he still wants me to go. But now my sister won't go because shes too D*MN STUCK UP! I definitely wont go by myself, so now I don't know what to do. He was really mean (verbally abusive and abusive on our animals) when we lived with him, but apparently he is a "Changed Man" now.

Also if you want to see EXACTLY the kind of things he does, here is an example: My mom was talking to him a year ago, when she got this weird look on her face. So I said "what?" then she gets off the phone and tells me my dog died and my dad didn't want to tell me. EVER!

I work full time and we have an almost 3 year old. So it is hard to do anything else. Sometimes laundry that is done will stay in baskets needing to be put away for over a week. And dishes will stay in the sink for 4 days! I have asked him to help out but he never does!!! And I just cannot do EVERYTHING alone!!

The children are teenagers, 3 girls, 2 boys, I do not have any kids myself. The mother is in jail for drugs and other felonies. I love him alot but I have had enough of the disrespect, stealing my rings, pants, shirts, anything they never ask to borrow, they just take and I never get it back. He makes them say sorry and does nothing about the problem. some times he will give me money to replace my things, but not often.

An inlaw of mine has been having trouble in the bedroom with her husband - their whole marriage. The best analogy is the "Al Bundy effect" - he only lasts maybe a minute or so and that's it. How do I know this? She has a habit of sharing the info with people. In any case, he does other things but nothing that he has tried (or she has) makes any improvement.
Now, they are at the point that nothing has happened between them for months. From what I understand, she doesn't think it's even worth it anymore. Suggestions?
