Marriage & Divorce - 15 October 2007

He moved out almost 3 months ago, he is not the same man I married. He is 52 and we have been married 19 years. Anger and abusive words are all I see. yet he will not talk or communicate with me.

my x is my babies mother.now when she left for north Carolina we had a plan on being a family while i work up in the city.but she met a friend while she was at work for a nursing home.but was reluctant to tell me whether this person was male /female.to make a long story short i fount out the truth threw my daughter telling me that mommy has a boy friend.needless to say i was still in love with my woman,well x now.the question is that i have been keeping up with my child support payment and sending more than enough for her to live.but the only time i hear from her is for gas money for her to either go to school or to work and the bank account that i had for my daughter future is now drained. so in my belief i decided to leave my troubles and pain in the most high hand.I can't even explain my x sometimes but my daughter is suffering from it.

While I'm aware that the alcoholic has to want to change themselves, what can I do in the mean time without pressuring or enableing them? (short of leaving?) I'm at my wits' end!!

my ex and i are split 4 years and going through complex divorce. She is trying to con me out of the house or at least my agreed 35% of it.
I need to cover myself and (without boring you with a myriad of complex facts) need to prove that her new partner is providing for her.
I had no problem with him til he started to intefere with my kids(live with ex)
he has his own house 30miles away but during an argument (about him leaving my kids alone) he rambled on about how he was bringing money into the house and being 'guardian' to my kids etc.
she (the ex) has been scumming off the benefits system since we split (4years) but somehow has a new car, new leather sofas, new washing machine/fridge freezer/dishwasher etc
when wewere together we wernt exactly rich and still had the donated sofas from freinds and family when we married.

we have the decri nisi but the mortgage co. wont take me off it cos she doesnt work. the agreement (mediation) we have is i get 35% charge of the property'

I got flowers today and it wasn't Mother's Day or any other special day. Last night he beat me again. And it was much worse than all the other times. If I leave him, what will I do? How will I take care of my kids? What about money? I'm afraid of him and scared to leave. But I know he must be sorry because he sent me flowers today.

I got flowers today. Today was a very special day. It was the day of my funeral. Last night he finally killed me. He beat me to death. If only I had gathered enough courage and strength to leave him, I would not have gotten flowers today.

hindu married couple. due to differences , hus wants to divorce his wife and requests for seper via mutal consent, but wife disagrees as she still wants to continue her life with him and so files a petition for resti of constinutional rights in court.In the meantime, amid huge drama ,hus returns all her things to her & takes her sign in a paper as proof of return on things and for consent for mutual seperation. wife also signs , due to pressure at that time. nw wife is in her parents house for past 1.5 yrs. in response for the petition filed by the wife , hus has replied & has stated all false things abt her and has also mentioned abt the ltr signed by wife stating that she was willing to go out of marriage. what is the wife's position now. can she make the court accept that the sign in ltr was got out of force or will she fail. she is of the opinion that is hus is being forced by someone to take this ultimate deci. they dont hve issues.pls advise.

My husbands said his feelings are changing becasue of the contant arguing over my kids, his losing his job, and him always at his mothers house. We have only been married 16 months and have been going at it almost every other wekkend since we have been married, and now the arguing is coming more often than not, I do love him, and he says he loves me, but not like he use to. While i"m at work he is at his mothers with his non-working cousin playing PS3 allday instead of being at home. He takes his mom and son to work/school in the mornings, and returns back to her house when he drops them off, and he goes back there when he picks them up after work/school, and on sundays he gets up early and takes them to church, and depending on if his mother has something to do he comes back soon after. I feel that my marriage is over what do you guys think?

He is stable, faithful, and I know he would never leave me. He does not yell or hit me, and he makes a decent wage. I like many other things as well. However, he almost never touches me, holds my hand, or says he loves me. The only times he wants to touch me is for sex.

Also, I have almost never turned him down for sex but I have given up initiating with him because he turns me down flat 90% of the time I have asked "He says he is tired and just fills like relaxing". When I tell him I crave more affection he says that is "just the way he is and that he cannot change" . He was just raised that way. I am so unhappy right now. Should I leave him?

My boyfriend's best friend just split up w/ his girlfriend (soon to b married) after she found an email between him & another girl. I really like this friend of my boyfriends & thought that his girlfriend was overreacting to the email cause they were just talking (harmless I thought). However today I read a copy of the email & I would have left his *** too. The other girl that sent the email was talking about having sex w/him, how much she liked it, how she does not care that he is going to b married soon &that she would like to stay his friend w/ benefits & have sex if him anytime he is in town. I could not believe what I was reading. Here is where my question comes in. I was speaking w/ boyfriend about the email & what happened in the relationship & my boyfriend does not c anything wrong w/ what his friend did. He claims they were just emailing each other nothing else. He states that he would never hide something like that from me but does not think his friend did anything wrong. WTF

get it on with you and makes passes at you and tries to grab at you, would you tell her? I've told him to stop, but since we socialize together (with my husband) he always seems to seek me out. Other people have commented on the way he looks at me. His wife is sooo in love with him and although they have problems with their marriage, she worships the ground he walks on and wants to keep the marriage together. My husband, on the other hand sees nothing wrong with it and encourages his "buddy" to grab me.

I don't like to brag..But women can be players to if they been hurt in past.And I was cheated in past so I have done it to ALL men been with me..":Don't hate the player hate the game"I'm in 5 yr relationship have a kid..Had 4 or 5 affairs..I used them all..I got rid of them before they wanted to marry me..Now I have a man on other county who think's i'm single mother..But not! our neighbor is having multiple babies.(ivf)she aborted one and the rest are at risk of being handicapped or even death.
(this is a lady who would if looks could kill would kill everyone who was walking by ,exiting or entering the abortion clinic by our work.)it is worth it to her but the babies will suffer long term.her husband has changed so much he has cheated on her after 3 miscarriages ever since she has been trying on her own.we never could find the right time to ever tell her,when she has so many things going on all the time.

It has been almost 6 years since we saw each other, then we bumped into each other at a local bar.We spent the night together(not sexually), and she told me she was sorry and would like another chance.she seemed sincere this time.i told her I am currently seeing someone (although I'm not sure where this relationship is headed). Been dating my bf for the past 6 months, when recently he told me he didn't want to be in a serious relationship. He still wants to go out, he says, and doesn't get physical with anyone else. (We are both 25) So I said fine, and a few days later as I was driving away from the mall I saw him coming in with a girl I recognized. He waved and immediately called me.
