as a matter of fact, provide that you confirm this with a CPA, you may also lease her and depreciate her. the only thing, is how many years can you depreciate her to $0.0?

I think that's a great idea. That way you would have to give her back and there would be no responsibility. She would then become someone elses problem. However consider how often the government fixes community propery, she might be running around rampant for a little while yet.
Although, I think the divorce would settle the problem of getting rid of her.

Yes I would say so and if the judge tells you to sell her you should know that you'll only get the depreciated value. Every guy that she's slept with will take her price down $50. I hope you live in a small town!

No but depending on which state you are in you could get her for Adultry, if you have proof, which is against the law.
