No not always and not everything.
For example, if a husband cheats permanently on his wife or mistreats and neglect her, she would be very stupid if would forgive such big offences.
A husband who beats his wife should not be forgiven – he should be sending to directly to jail and be banned from any social life.
If a husband cheats on his wife, she can forgive him when it was one stupid mistake, but it’s her decision to do so.
I rarely can imagine forgiveness to a permanent cheater…
Same for the husband, I don’t think a normal husband would forgive his wife who is sleeping around with the whole neighbourhood… or neglects her children and stuff like that.
But these are extreme examples.
In normal day-to-day life, both, wife and husband should learn to forgive stupid little incidents.
We are all humans and we can make mistakes and once we recognize that we were wrong, our partner should be willing to forgive us and forget.
There is no forgiveness without forgetting about it, as this is a total contradiction. .
Once forgiven, it should vanish from your mind and you should be ready to start new again.
That’s what a partnership should be made of.
I totally disagree with these people who start to say: “do you remember when you did this and that and when you made that ridiculous mistake…”
Man, it’s not fair.

Your question would have been clearer if you had used quotation marks: "A good wife forgives her husband always, when she is wrong." It is a joke.
The implication is that a wife only "forgives" if the mistake is hers in the first place. It's sexist, anti-wife, and mean. As a good wife, I would say it is also funny. ;)
The similar joke for the husband is the t-shirt that says "I thought I made a mistake once, but I was wrong."

Ragahvendra, you are lucky to have such a wife. How many times have you been forgiven? You also try to forgive her when she is wrong to get the answer if it is a joke or real.

OMG people, it's a JOKE!
A good wife forgives her husband, even if she's the one who's wrong.
Implying that even if she's wrong, it's still his fault.

Your wife is spiritual Angel sent by God to keep you and children straight
She is the spiritual Teacher in your home.
And the creators of your babies.\
Your wife forgive before you wrote that sentence down
Your wife is always right, and you are wrong, if you live by that, you will be married forever.

As stated I'm not able to follow what you mean.
IF you mean "a good wife forgives her husband whether he's right ... " Nope. If it's a joke it's not funny, and as a statement of fact it's ludicrous.

Wives do forgive their husbands to an extent, but just like men, women can stubborn. A woman can forgive her man until he does the same thing over and over. Then she will tell you that she has forgiven you until you get under her skin enough that she just goes off!!!
