You have to get full custody of the children because you don't have it, in a court of law no parent has full custody of their own children but via court; right now because of this your husband can go to court and get full custody of them and you will only see your children when he pleases through the courts.

Get a divorce and prove, why it is needed, so have all receipts of what you had to do with out his help, him not wanting to help you.
Have proof of him cheating, if you can get that, it can be a receipt of him having dinner with another dinner bill for two.
Voice recording of him saying mean and hateful thing to you or that he's not going to take care of the children.
If he was every physically violent, threatening you and or you children, mentally abusive.
Staying out all times a night after you spoke to him about this and he stated that he wasn't going to do it again.
Sexual transmitted diseases that he has given you is all enough to prove that he was never faithful to you and means for divorce.

Make sure you have a place for you and your children to stay because this will cause him to get very up set, if he claims he never seen this event coming.
Make sure you have plenty of money for you and the children when you make this step, because you want nothing more for you and the children to be safe and if he did try to do anything you can call the cops and file a police report and order of protection, that will give you more lead way for divorce.

Have a blessed new journey and may all roads be clear for you and your children.

You get your butt back in your marriage and fight for it until you cannot take it anymore. The chances are if you adopt a never give up and fix the problem attitude the desire to leave will.

you talk and fix it, by seeing counseling...

or you talk about both being mature and civil enough to one another for the sake of the children whom your focus should be on raising as lovingly as possible.

either way, if leaving is on your mind, and you dont take action somehow, your problem is just gonna get worse down the line...
good luck to you
