How often do you have sex on average each week?

Is your husband sympathetic to low sex drive due to pregnancy/birth of a baby or illness?

I just was hoping to show my husband we have sex a normal amount of times and how other marriages work around these sorts of issues.

My husband down plays things that I say. If I tell him I made a comment to him, but he was on his laptop and he probably did not hear me, he says to me "I did not hear you say anything, You did not say anything." I Even though I know what happened and what I did say. And he makes me feel like I have to defend myself. We got into tthis huge arguement last night about this. Lately my husband downs plays things I say, I say I'm doing this for this reason and he tries to tell me why I'm really doing it (which he makes out to be some kind of selfish or my way issue). I feel like he doesn't know me. I've also noticed that in the last month or so he has been talking with his exgirlfriend, who is just his friend. We were seperated for 3 months during a move, and he comes back to me treating me like this. He down plays, my thoughts does not listen to me..but also has no problem wanting to have sex. PLEASE HELP EXPLAIN.

My Husband thinks it is Ok to wake me up in the middle of the night to conversate about whatever. He also thinks that it is Ok to wake me up before sunrise to see the sunrise, talk, take a walk, or get a breath of fresh air. Whenever He wants.
What do you think.

i'm 21 and i'm getting married to a 31yr man in June. sometimes i feel as if my finance doesn't understand me. At one time i could tell my finance everything but now i feel like i can hardly talk to him, because i'm afraid of what he might say or think of me. We have been together for 4years and he's really a good guy. he's very special to me i just feel like we don't relate anymore. he was my first boyfriend and i'm very curious to see what's out there. My closest friends says that i should not marry him and some of my family members think that he's controlling. My friend tells me that there are RED FLAGS that i don't see. I try to think of those FLAGS but its sometimes hard to see when you think your in love. I think partially why i'm staying with him is because i'm scared of being alone. I'm scared of what my life would be without him because i have never had to work for anything in my life. I'm walking into a marriage with everything i could ever want: (car, house, security)

Need advice from all you married people out there!!

I have been married for 3 years and for some reason lately my husband is driving me crazy. Everything he says and does....I can't stand. No, I don't want to get divorced and no I don't want anyone else.......but I can't hardly stand to be around him right now. Not even sure why! It's things like he hasn't worked in 2 weeks, never helps me out with the kids, his 18 year old slacker of a kid just moved in with us....and he does nothing to discipline this wreck of a child, complains because the house isn't clean enough constantly, talks about the most boring **** on the planet, embarrasses me at family get togethers, etc.

So the question is: Has anyone else felt like this towards their significant other? Will it pass? Thanks!

my ex of only a month asked me to marry him at christmas, we had a bit of a rocky past about him leaving me then coming back but i have a six year old son to him so i thought i would give him a chance so i said yes, 4 weeks ago he came in said that it was not gonna work and moved out.
he has seen my son every week and things on that side are fine, now he has met this new girl friend and after two weeks she is giving up her flat to move in to his house, i feel this is very quick and even though they were friends 15 years ago, i dont want my son being with her and getting attached to her if they are not gonna work. but every one is saying that if they have mved in together then its the real thing

My 37yr old husband of 10 years underwent 6 months of intensive weekly chemotherapy to treat his cancer. It was a really stressful time for me.Because he had to spend so much time in hospital I would often get really lonely as we have no children and I started an affair with one of his friends.I know it sounds terrible but it's very hard for a woman my age (32) to go from having a great sex life to no sex life at all.I honestly feel terribly about the 4 month long affair and am considering telling him now that we found out he is in remission last week.My husband is a truly wonderful man and a great husband and I hate the thought of hurting him but I feel like he deserves to know.Would you tell him?

If a woman was forcefully married to a guy, and had sex would that be classed as rape? Anyone with experiences are welcome to shed their views on the matter.

What was it, the moment that you fell in love, that made it happen? Something she said? She did? A reaction? A look?
Where were you?

My partner has 3 children from another marriage and I have yet to meet them, I am a little scared to be honest. Scared because they may not like me and resent me for being with their father, and scared that their mother may limit my partners visits with his kids because he has begun to move on with his life. The girls are all under 10 years old and I realise it is hard for them. Coupled with this I recently had an abortion because I did not want to cause to much confusion for all parties, which has left me feeling terrible as I really wanted a child but I was so worried how his children would react and how we would cope financially with the cost of maintenance as his ex-wife does not work and then to add the additional cost of another child. I love him so much but I dont want him to lose his children because of me, but at the same time I want us to be happy. Am I over reacting? Is there a better way to deal with the situation? Will me having a child cause too much pain for the kids?

I got married in the year 2004 and stayed with my husband for 8 months in Netherlands. Over there I was staying in a joint family with my husband’s brother and his wife. My husband used to always be busy with his brother’s wife as he is strongly attached to her. Due to which he used to always ignore me and my needs. I have suffered a lot durin my stay with my husband.

Now, it has been 2 yrs since I am staying in my maternal house. My husband has not yet signed the marriage certificate and neither is he making the necessary papers that are supposed to be made according to the Dutch Embassy. My husband has come to India twice but every time he made excuses and did not take the initiative of signing the marriage certificate and making the necessary papers. He is wasting my time and always making false promises. I want to divorce my husband on grounds of cruelty and desertion. But my husband does not want to give me a divorce and I want to marry again. Please guide me what should I do?

I have been married for 8 years, have a 6 year old daughter and have with with my man for 10 years all together. He had a 6 month affair with a 16 year old about 4 years ago, he was 33 at the time. The other girl ended it, he didn't. He was planning on leaving me and taking our daughter away to another country with this girl. He still speaks to her in the street and still tells me about it!
Problem is, my man now constantly accuses me of cheating with his ex-mate, something I would never dream of doing. He has banned me from speaking to this friend, not even allowed to wave to him when we pass in the car. Me and this friend have done nothing wrong, just speak as friends. My man doesnt trust me and even suggests that I encourage people by the way I speak to them!
Im almost 30 and I hate the fact that my man is dictating my life to me and controlling everything I do. He phones me every hour at home to check that Im there and not gone to this friends house.
What can I do?!

end a relationship? me and my bf have been together for 4 yrs and living together most of that time. recently he got his licence back and has been leaving around 8pm and not calling or showing up until 4-6 am. it's not like once a week, no, it's every single day now. in fact now it's running 5 nights strait. he didn't even call me on easter. he got back into town on sunday night and just went out. i think he may be cheating, he has absolutly no excuse or even tried to lie about were he's going. i even stopped by a few of his hangouts looking for his car but he's always MIA! he says i'm over-reacting but i just can't be with a guy that obviously has no interest in being with me. but my question is, how do i tell him it's over? I'm so used to this that i don't know what to do..i mean even being with him, i'm not because he's always gone. i find myself alone all the time. how do you fill that void? what are somethings to keep me busy so i can have an easier time getting over him?

I feel like something isn't quite right. I'm 14 weeks pregnant with 2nd baby (1st is husbands) and our sex life hasn't been what it was for a while now. We have been married for 5 years and he says he still loves me but i feel very uneasy. He has started working 2 hours overtime every night - i know we need the money and he could just be being a good husband/father but he's never there. He seems to be ok with not as much sex but i find that worrying too! If i ask him about cheating he shrugs it off. How can i believe him? Is there anyway to be sure he's telling the truth without something drastic like spying on him?

I have been married to my husband now for 2 years and we have been together for almost 4. He decided to join the miliary and thing havent been the same since he joined. I started hanging out with a friend of his that he works with and he reminds me so much of the husband I lost. I feel like I am having an affair even though nothing has happened. I have looked up emotional affairs and my case is similar to that. My husband says he is going to change and that he will try and go back to the way he use to be, but I know that is going to be really hard for him to do. I dont know what to do anymore. Do I stay and try to work things out for the 100th time or do I move on and be happy with my life again?
