Of course it is classed as rape. Just because a person is married does not mean the woman cannot say no. Husbands have been tried for raping their wives and found guilty.
In cases as you suggest it may be an idea to consider a charge of aiding and abetting a criminal act for those who forced the woman into the marriage as well.

Forced marriage?
If the person had consensual sex with the person they were "forced" to marry then NO it would not be considered rape. CONSENSUAL is the key word here.
I don't understand how someone could be "forced" to marry someone either.. Are we talking about an arranged marriage?

That would depend on what you consider forcefully married. If you were held at gunpoint and made to say "I do" then yes it could be considered rape. But if your family wanted you to marry this one person and you really didn't want to but did it anyway then the answer would be no its not rape.

Regardless whether or not she was forced into marriage, rape can still occur. Rape is defined as "is a form of assault involving the non-consensual use of the sexual organs of another person's body. The assailant can be of either sex, as can their target."

The forceful marriage would not be valid in my view and any sex would definitely be rape if she was unwilling.

Married or not, if someone has sex with you against your will then yes, it's classified as rape. If it was an arranged marriage but she gave her consent to sex, then no, it's not.

In the UK anyhow :)

In the state i live in a husband can't rape his wife unless it's forced sodomy. say if he beats her to get sex then he could be arrested for spousal abuse but not rape. Sex is considered a wifely duty in some states so if you live in the state i live in and he did not *** rape you it's not rape.

Probably not. Most cultures who have laws to force marriage, do not have laws calling it rape, therefore it is not rape there.

No. Not if she willingly had sex after the forced marriage.
