Marriage & Divorce - 7 April 2007

My wife and i are getting legally separated and because she is unwilling to work and told me she is in love with another man. This man was a friend of mine and also used to work with me. We invited him in our home and spent time togther and they obviously did not let, her love for me or his friendship for me stop them. Also I am in the profession(Army) where this kind of action is a sign of no honor or integrity and I could get him in trouble for it. I am hesitant to do so because i know it could cause trouble for me with relation to seeing my daughter. Also I would be seen as just retaliating since she will not choice us. I am angry about that but i feel it is my duty to report this kind of activity. My wife also thinks we can be friends and thinks i should be able to accept this, and that is just not going to happen i never want to see him or her again and will only be polite to her for the baby sake. SO i can spend as much time and care for our baby the right way.

im so over it, wen she rings me to ***** i burst out laughing.

i have more fun removing virus's, thats sad
she asked me to mind our 3 kids on thursday night, they went home today.
she rang me and said the oldest is barred from seeing me becoz he went to a friends his not suppozed to.
i said have another cone & stubbie you'll be right.
she hung up?

It's out 7th year anniversary and he (my husband) is notorious about remembering days - but his birthday was 2 days ago and he knew our anniversary was coming up... and he did nothing... planned nothing.... nothing....

It has been a rough year, we have moved around a lot - away from home to a place we hate, and have been fighting more this year then the last few years... and especially the last 6 months since we have moved to Vegas have been really tough.

Lately there has been external stress as well.

So needless to say, this anniversary was a big thing for me - because it was a time for us to reaffirm our feelings. Since he did nothing, planned nothing - not even a flower or anything - it makes me think there is something else going on.... not cheating, but just something. I don't know what to think...

I asked him just now and he says I am over reacting - that he is not like that. But he also didn't even reaffirm me with an "I love you".

What would you think/do?

my husband's never home and doesnt ever want to spend time with me and our kids when he is but my best friends husband and I have formed a kinship ashis wife ( my friend ) is the same with him. We are definatly attracted to each other and I'm falling in love with him. However my husbands company just relocated us to the other side of Australia I've been gone over a week and still think of him all the time, I even cried not at the thought of leaving my home town but at leaving him what should I do I just miss him so much bu tI dont want to be the cause of the end of there marriage and I'm in the middle of custody case for my two children from my first marriage and need to present a untited front so to speak I know that sounds like I'm a user but my kids mean the world to me and I'd die for them. this other man however treats me like a princess ( within reason ) and is closer to my kids than their own father is please help me what do I do

Ok so my friend recently confided in me that she's faking being pregnant to hang on to her boyfriend,from what i get on his side of the story is he just wants to be there for his child but he doesn't love her .He has been drafted in the NFL by some team and I wanna tell him so bad that she is a fraud I want to know should I betray her and let this young man move on with his life without letting her hinder him or should I support her in her web of lies I told her I am very uncomfortable with the whole thing and on top of that the baby is supposedly Due at the end of May what's a friend to do?

if your husband could not get or maintain an erection or satisfy you sexually no matter what pills he tried (viagra,cialis,levitra) and you found out he had been looking at internet porn and going to dating sites behind your back what would you do?i dont want to cheat but i really cannot imagine never having a decent sex life again.i have had a love life for most of 35 years i aint dead yet you know.its hard to approach him this way anymore because of all the issues and he is intrested but not able i really dont know how long i can go on like this without becoming totally unintrested.i will not be used by allowing him to ruin my life and thinking he would gain anything it wont happen.i am just so unsure what to do next.any advice?

I have had three long term relationships with all three of my kids fathers I have ended all of them for one reason or another (one cheated, the other just could not commit to me only, and this one has admitttied to using me so I have parted ways with him). I have a number a reason I would love to get married, the reasons include having someone share the same goals as I. A good role model for my children and someone to help lighten the load. An adult to conversate with about dreams, fears, likes/dislikes, basically a best friend who loves me and is honest and I can do the same in return. I just turned thirty, an african american female , I consider myself a cutie, a very hard worker, finishing up my bachlors degree. I think I have a lot to bring to the table, why am I still unmarried or cannot locate someone with decent qualities. Many men I encounter are attracted to the physical and could care less about your mind or thoughts that want noting more than a sex partner.

let me start the question in this way..there is a girl who lives 3000miles away from me..she got friends as i do.....as we are committed so far and trying to think to be in a relation of husband and wife...but there is a think that i dont know how you guys and girls gonna react. she has friends and sometimes go out with them..i mean so guy friends..i dont know what she does how she meets but she has told me so many times that "TRUST ME AM NOT GONNA LET U DOWN"..i know she isn't like that but whats the point to go out with more than one guy friend? i don't realy understand when i ask her she replies like i am not cheating with u but on top of that none of her guy friends know about me. she was in disneyland for a trip and her one of guy friend works for delta airline and he just helped her out for getting a cheapest ticket and hotel room. and sorry to say she and he was in the same room..I ain't got any idea what she wanted to say by telling me all this

3 years ago i was leaving my wife for many reasons one was not sure if i loved her any more. I was also talking to another women without her knowing. About 3 weeks after i left her i realized that i liked my life and loved her very much.someone that new about the phone calls to the other women told her in a letter at chrismas. Know she asked me to leave and I have. Sents then we have had many converstions about it. The only thing that i don't get is yes i was talking to another women but i did not sleep with her and i think i made the right decission and went back home to her before i did anything i would be sorry for and could not change. It has been 10 weeks now and she does not want to get back together and she is throwing it all away. Ours dreams everything and i can't do anything to change her mine or to stop it. The part the kills me is i thought i made the right choice at the time. Now the house is going up for sale and i find my self lost at what to do.

Me...I walked to the middle of the Golden Gate Bridge and threw it over the side. No desire to pass it on to anyone...Did'nt like the thought of keeping it...not a memory that warms my heart...I did'nt want to make any money off of it by selling or melting it down . . . The thought that did please me was the ring doing some good by being some ' glitter ' for ocean bay critters to swim around in and over time beautiful ocean water crustration melding to it...I love the ocean and the City.

To keep it as a keepsake or to make any money off of it did not appeal to me.

I guess another thought would have been to melt it down...get the money and give it to some woman's shelter to do some good there.

Knowing it's out at the ocean bay...at the G.G. Bridge pleases me.

What did you do with your wedding / engagement ring?

i have a friend who is having an affair with a married man, she is now pregnant with his child. he is now running scared, he is also in the military. she would like to get $ support dew to the pregnacy being hi rick she cant work. should she contact the wife or should she try taking legal action and what is the first step in legal action? i have no idea how to adives her. help!!!!

The mother has always given him a hard time and constantly tries to find ways to verbally attack him and cause conflict. Tonight on the phone (during yet another verbal assault of what a horrible father he is) she stated that she can't wait for him to marry me so that she can get her child support increased. I make substantially more money than he does. She is remarried with two other children and she and her husband earn a substantial living. I'm wondering how I can protect myself and my income from her attempts to 'suck us dry' (as she puts it). I have no problem spending money on his daughter and doing all that I can for her....but I'm concerned that her mother will try to take advantage of my income if we get married. If she does this, this will substantially hurt our ability to start our lives together. How can I protect myself?
