What is it being married compared to just being together, not married?

together one is 4 one is 18mo. Lately i've had a gut feeling something has been going on. every since she started work. i have caught her on the phone with a guy once. and found a letter to him. he is only 20, and she is 25. i'm 31. well, all hell broke loose and i confronted her about being over to his house, (he lives w/his mom) i've been told she's been with him and seen with him. well, she lied to me and i kicked her out. come to find out that night she spent the night w/him and had sex. she had sex w/him for almost a week. i've never mistreated her or cheated on her before. she hasn't me either, tha i know of. until now. we were split for about 1 1/2 months...he also went to jail. according to records, his second home! we have been talking and she begged me to let her move back in. partially for the sake of the kids i let her come back home Am i stupid how do i trust her again. she says it will never happen again, but i didn't think it would happen the 1st time. any thoughts

My husband just got a new job that requires him to work longer hours (lot more money being made though!!!) I've had such a b*tchy attitude since then though cause I feel like I barely see him. I know its wrong cause he trying to do the best thing for me and the kids. How should I make it up to him??? I knows he's not to happy with the attitude. Should I give him awsome sex, a super clean house, make him his favorite dinner, get the kids outta the house for the night so we have some quiet, or should i just do all of the above plus some more????

I desperately need some advice, insight or something. I have been married for 13 years and have 3 children. For the last 6 months I've not had any feelings of love (for lack of a better description) for my husband. I will give a little background info. My husband has always been very critical of me; either I wasn't thin enough, or the house wasn't clean enough, etc. About 2.5 years ago, I insisted that he see the dr as I felt he had obsessive/compulsive disorder. The dr agreed and put him on meds and he seemed to improve, or at least I thought he did and life became better. Last May I had to go out of town on business for 1month. During that month, although I missed my kids terribly, I realized that I actually was happy w/o him in my life daily. No one to ***** at me over the least little thing. During that time I was happy. I've been home for 6 months and I have no warmth or affection for him anymore. I've tried to spark it, but it just isn't there anymore and I'm so torn.

Even though I always felt like a woman, I was born as a guy. It's been 4 years I've been subjected to a surgery to change my sex. Ever since I decided to start my life over. I moved to another town where nobody knew me and I met an amazing guy. We're together for 3 years and we've jut got married. However, I keep that secret from him. I never had the courage enough to tell him the truth because I'm afraid of him to leave me if he ever finds out and I love him too much to risk losing him. But I'm afraid that sooner or later he's gonna find it out eventually. So I don't know what to do about it. He's starting to talk about having children and I'm afraid this might be the beginning of my problems to keep hiding the truth from him. What should I do actually?

On 8/10/06 my wife left me after i vented some frustration regarding my 7 year old step daughter. I used foul language and yelled, my step daughter was not home during this venting. My wife has sinced moved out and filed for an anullment, she has also cut off all communication with me. My wife who i love dearly has a "PAST", since her 7 year old daughter was born she's had seven significant relationships. 1 the babies dead, 2 a fiance who left her, 3 an old high school boyfriend who cheated on her, and 4 me. I knew this going in but was fully committed to the both of them and loved them with all my heart. I have sent her e-mails expressing my love and asking for her forgiveness. I have even gone to her moms house where she is leaving and said i am sorry and all she said was "you got her involved". I gave the child all the love and attention in the world, more than her own father. I just had trouble with repeating myself go clean your room your mom wants it clean. i love them both.

I have 3 kids ages 1,2, and 3. My husband has been abusive and controling for years. He's already been in jail for an overnight when I called the police because he hit me a bunch and then cut my finger open when I tried to call the police. As of January 3rd, he is going to jail for 4 months. He says he didn't do it, but my heart tells me he did. My question for all divorced single moms is this: Would it be better to leave while he's away so the kids will already be used to him being gone, or should I wait some more. I see this as my opportunity to finally be free. Also, I'm scared because he has told me in the past that if I leave him, he'll kill me, and I wouldn't be surprised if he means it. Please help?!

We recently had a baby in October and since the baby has been home he's slept in our bedroom. My hubby gets up for work at 4am so I suggested he sleep in the other room the first week or so, until I put the baby in his own room. It's been about 2 months now and I've found it very convient having the baby in the same room and I've enjoyed not listening to my husband's snoring. He's been complaining about sleeping in opposite rooms because he misses sleeping together (probably because we haven't had sex since before the baby came) and that the bed he sleeps in isn't comfortable but I still prefer him to sleep in the other room. I guess I am wondering if I am being selfish and is it wrong of me to continue making him sleep in the other room.

I thought I knew my wife. She is quiet, reserved, out going on occations, loves to stay home and watch movies...etc. When ever I suggested we go out and do stuff (camping, dancing etc) she would always prefer to stay home. Now she is asking for a divorce and says she wants to be a different person. Outgoing, adventurous and says its my fault that we are not that way. What gives?

I have been married for four years to the only woman whom I have ever truly been in love with. I assisted wife in locating an ex-boyfriend for the purposes of inviting him to a family event. He had been been considered 'part of the family'. Wife went out of town for work about six weeks ago. When she returned, something was off. I asked , and she admitted to having gone to dinner with and returning to her hotel room with the ex-boyfriend. In the interim, we have talked, established a stronger, closer bond. She says that she did not intend for things to happen the way they did, she would never leave me, that she loves me and is closer that she has ever been to anyone; a re-birth of our love.
I know that they still talk on the phone. She says that they are friends, she still has feelings (not sexual) for him, but that they would never work together. Is it being confident and assured to allow this or am I being duped? She is a bad liar, as such I feel can trust what she says

it was on good terms, just grew apart and we both knew it. Anyway, she kept the ring, said she wanted it as a memory, I however still have the wrap. Should I ask for it back or just forget about it, I still love her very much and don't want to be heartless?

So, after having a couple very fun 3somes with my wife and my girlfriend my wife wants me to give up my girlfriend. I'm not sure where this came from as my wife swears she had fun with my girlfriend. My girlfriend is pretty hot and does a few things my wife isn't really into, but well, my wife is my wife. Do you think I should ditch the girlfriend and stick to just the wife, or do you think I could continue to see her on the side and just tell my wife I ended it or finally I guess I could just find a new girlfriend? This is gonna be a tough one.

I dated this guy for about 2 months and things were great we really connected and everything the only problem is that he lives 2 hrs away and he broke it off with me because of the distance.
Well he still calls me about 2 or 3 times a week and we've hung out since then but only as friends.
Should I tell him that I miss him and want us to try it out and see how it goes? Or do I just let it go?
I want to tell him but dont know if I should. Surely he still has something for me or why would he call me and tell me he wants to see me and hang out.
PLEASE tell me what's the best thing to do!
