whts the first think taht comes to your mind abour force marriges??

sometimes its always related to Brit-Asians and Pakistanis? but i think there can be other reasons... if my parents wer taking me to pakistan... that wouldnt mean "oh yea shes getting force to marry someone".... but the reality is that there are other prospectives to marrige... such as arranges love and then forced??? if loser is running in a race and wins ... that aint really something that can be judge upon?? i think no parent can think about not taling to their child about there future....so i thought id ask a question tht everyone has an input to... all answer welcome... please feel free to say anything!

i am a married woman with 2 kids. my hubby and i have gone through a lot and now he doesnot sleep with me for the past 5 years. he says that it is FIBROMAKLGIA andhe has it. thats why he doesnot even hug me. he stays with me for the kids and i have been living this solitary life for 5 years. a year back i fell in love with a wonderful man but he said that he cannot accept me cause he doesnot want to break my family. now he said he can only accept me as his lover, nothing more. i never had physical relasionship with him and after his rejection, i left him.now i am so depressed!i dont know what to do!the man i love cannot have me and the man i have does not love me. will i be a loner all my life? my hubby wont go to counselling or give me a divorce. he will stay like this(no affection),for ever.

my marriage is on the verge of divorce. my husband is an asshole... he's mean... he says bad things to me, call me names, and hurts my feelings on purpose... he threatens to throw me in jail (even if he has to plant something to make it happen)... he threatens to take my son to NY and never let me see him... i don't have a job or any money saved b/c i've been at home taking care of our son instead... so i'm afraid to leave b/c of that alone. the thing is, we're a military family, and they offer marriage counseling for free here on post... i'm willing to go... but my husband is not... it's useless to try and talk to him about anything b/c all he does is blame everything on me... he says that nothings wrong with him (he's in denial) and that everything that's wrong in our marriage is b/c of me... he's real good at making me feel like nothing... question is, if you were me, what would you do? i'm lost... and don't know what to do...

I could cheat and have cheated on my girlfriend! She has never found out, even if she did i bet she would forgive me! Yeah i might get a black eye but it would be worth it! You criticise me for being a cocky selfish tw#t but she knows what im like i dont hide the way i am! Maybe its her fault for being soft and letting me get away with murder! my wife and i are seperated and got kids (3 girls ages: 14, 11, 9) My wife and I were pretty young when we had the oldest. we were 20 yrs. old. So needless to say that my wife is still pretty young so she relates real well with them especially the oldest. My wife is a good mother but since we've had our problems she's changed. Her views about things are different she's become more opinionated as well as arguementativeirst thing she did was tell my kids about our problems. I said not to do that. That they are our daughters not her friends! Now she let the oldest have a boyfriend, so she's on the phone all hours of the night. She's always gone. They are starting to get really sarcastic and I feel she's letting them grow up way too fast! The problem is since we're not together right now I really don't know what's going on there. Now she's got the kids looking at me through her eyes so when i see them don't want to yell at them. How do I stop this mad woman from letting them act older?

I love my kids very much. I even started to work a 2nd job so my wife could go part time to be with the kids rather than them in a daycare. This arrangement has been inplace for about 6 years now and every year my wife has become more and more distant from me. Now she spends no time with me alone. If we go out to dinner or the movies the kids have to go along. I don't mind takeing them but sometimes I want to spend time with my wife alone. I've tried for at least 3 years to take her away for the weekend , I even let her pick the place, but she always has a excuse why she can't go. She;ll say that one of the kids has a softball tournament or practice so she can't make it. Anybody can take them to practice for us. Why won't she spend time with me? Why are my kids first before me? Is this right or normal? Or is it just me making a big deal out of nothing? I miss our times we use to have together, I want them back!

Last night while sleeping my husband picked up his mobile phone and sent a text message to customer of his. (I don't know what)
He woke up this morning with a right strop on because he thought I had done it . . .He received a text message back saying "What?"

I ever post a question that I was involved with a married man with 3 kids. I know his wife, children and parents. Under the advices received from the members of Yahoo Answers, I back off and lead my life as normal. However, the husband still continue calling me behind his wife and come to either my house or office to meet me. I am always giving excuse whenever he wanted to be with me. Yesterday I was accuse by his wife of trying to break up their marriage when I have nothing to do with them anymore. I am moving out from my current flat but how do I avoid them when I am still working in the same company. I dont want to leave my company after working for 12 years just because of these 2 idiots and it is not easy to get a job with the salary you are satisfied with. I cant change my handphone number as I have to inform too many people and why should I trouble myself just because of them.

Whats the logic of men marrying a girl who is slim and have maintained an appealing figure? some girls, if not fat, are lil chubby or slightly heavy, y cant in arrranged marriages, men agree happily to marry a girl with this sort of figure?
coz its not necessary tht all girls are heavy just coz they eat alot? there cud be some harmones prob. too..
Good nature is faar batter and far important than just a good figure. and if she is heavy,then later on, u can hlp her to lose weight.

my wife was taking pills for her bi-polar 4 yrs ago. every since she got pregnant she stopped taking it since her obgyn mentioned that being pregnant does alot to your body and sometimes it heals women who are bi-polar. she stopped taking medication and now she mentioned shes depressed again. i know that it also played a big factor in her wanting a divorce a few months back. we went to couples conseling and it helped alot. we want to work things out. but now, holidays are coming, not a whole lot of sunshine outside, tuitions due, taking care of our son....you name em...she told me today life just seem to be soooo hard. so basically she vents out all her anger towards me. i love my wife alot and i suggested medical help. she says she fine and to be honest, shes got issues with her dad. control and other issues. my suggestions turn into CONTROL and it is really affecting our marriage. what should i do??? :(

I just want us to be one big happy family under one roof. I am getting tired of going house to house during the holidays, and grabbing the money from them. I want my 19 kids(some of the kids have the same name, dam=) to be together. And all the wives can b=tch about their day together.

I have needs like the race track, games on the weekend. and getting tore up on weekdays.
