Is it because women are better at expressing themselves and men are often caught by surprise to explain an unfavourable situation, and they are out of words?

Is it true that women unconsiously make men feel guilty just to prove that they are doing the right thing ?

Its normally cos the men have done something to feel guilty about, if they hadn't they would have a clear conscience.
so if all you boys stop being naughty we wouldn't have to make you feel guilty.
