I've been through the exact same situation. I was 19 and I am 26 now. It has taken me many months to recover to the point where things are looking up. The only thing that helped me was when someone told me this: Love breaks the heart, and love heals the heart. It was the last thing that I wanted to do, but moving on and looking for new love was what made the pain go away. Now I can look back and feel happy about the time I had with her, and I wish her the best.
Don't let it turn into obsession like I did because that just makes things much harder to deal with. There is a reason for a breakup, and it takes 2 people. If you were both not completely happy then the relationship wasn't as good as you think, or remember. I refused to believe this, but love alone does not make a relationship. You can still love someone and let them go. Be happy for yourself, and for them.

I understand that you may be hurting from your long relationship but believe me when I say there are other fish in the sea. There is no need for you to go around feelin all depressed. Things happen for a reason. Apparently it wasn't ment to be so stop worryin about it. Look on the bright side things could be alot worse but just be thankful they are not. While you feelin all depressed about this man he is probably livin it up and having a good time without you. Why give him the satisifaction. Move on with your life and let it go, please!!!!!

Oh my dear I feel bad for you. Every day the pain will get less intense but right now that is hard for you to realize. Just believe in yourself and you will get through this. These are the life experiences that make us stronger and kinder people. Be gentle with yourself and realize that God takes care of what we need not what we want. Trust in her and you will never go wrong. God bless.

breaking up is really hard it hurt both parties, the one who broke up and the person whom youve broke, just keep the memories in you, but look at the day after there still tomorrow . First try to focus what you really want in your life, try exercise, maybe swimming, badminton, walking, many things that can occupy your time. in time you would see you can take him out of your nerves. try to talk to someone whom you can trust, tell him/her what you really feel, then move on... if you want to cry.. cry.. but after that try to tell your self. YOure not the only man.... go to beauty parlor and try to do some makeover out of yourself. then smile to every person you are familiar with, try to make more friends... you could see how it would help..

It's o.k. to grieve. It's normal. Remember your self-worth. Tell yourself that "One man's trash is another man's treasure". Get up, get out, put that makeup on, get your swagger on and see how many heads turn. Flirt a little. God may have someone better out there for you. Don't let him know you're hurt. Let him know that his decision was "his loss". You are worthy and deserving of someone who loves you for you!!! And he's out there! Don't look let him come to you! Just make yourself feel better for now! Remember........SELF WORTH!! ME ME ME!!!
