when the father joins the military and moves to another state? My husband and I currently have every other weekend and one overnight per week. But that is going to have to change once we move. What is normally granted in court when this happens? I am sure that it is up to the judge and varies by state but just wanted to see what other people got. Thanks!!

Got this idea from a friend in college awhile back and always thought it was a good idea. Going to propose to my long time girlfriend soon. She loves chinese food so I had a specially made fortune cookie made with the fortune reading "Erica baby, will you marry me?" need some opinions...good idea/bad idea?

caught my x with girl bout a year ago. that's when we split. he married this girl bout 8 months ago. no communication with him all this time. he was hating me most of this time. now all of a sudden he calls several times a week. joking around and making remarks such as going riding together. told him to take his wife. asked him what makes him think that i would want to go with him. he replies cause i was laughin and smiling. we have kids so i figured its best to get along with him.

I don't quite know what I mean, but it's like they draw their own conclusions from things. Do they ever take on board what you are saying?

My husband currently pays child support to his ex in IOWA, however he does not pay it directly to her it goes thru the court( plus it is deducted from his pay check so he has no clue where it goes). I am trying to find a website that will allow me to see when and where the lsat payment went. i dont have a credit card so a free iste would be great! I mean i have done searches for his ex and kid and i cant find ANYTHING on either of them which is making me worry that maybe his ex is conning him in some way! not to mention he has never even seen this child and he is now 5 years old. im trying to do this as a x-mas gift to my hubby. i wnt to find a way that i can speak with this girl and see if maybe she will allow him to see his child because i do not feel that it is right for him to pay for the kid but dosent even know what he looks like!
another thing is there a site where i can go to find a picture of this kid or some kind of info on him? any help is greatly appreciated! THANKS

For that matter, why are young people having sex at all before they are married ? My wife is the only woman I have ever slept with. I have been married for 31 years now and never get tired of finding new ways to give her pleasure. If you truely love someone you have an entire lifetime to enjoy each other.

I'm a newly wed and my wife and I have issues from time to time communicating with eachother, as most couples do.

My question is, what's the best way to communicate a frustration or concern I have with something she said or did?

This is how it works now:
1. I mope around for a while.
2. She askes what's wrong.
3. I say nothing.
4. She insists that we should talk so she can help what's bothering me.
5. I tell her.
6. She takes offense if it's something negative and gets defensive.
7. 5 minutes into it, somehow I'm now being yelled at for something thathad nothing to do with the situation at hand.

How can we better this? Shouldn't I be able to tell my wife, my best friend, anything, even it it's something that bothers me about her? Shouldn't she understand that I only tell her so that we can work past it and become better partners?

I'm the opposite. She says something and I understand and don't take offense. How can I get her to speak the same language?

Sometimes I think my mother-in-law is nuts.......she acts nice one moment and then she is making odd comments....a couple of months ago we were sitting at the dinning room table and then out of no where she says "Don't have any more kids"......What? That made me mad cause who does she think she is to tell us what to do,,,,,,,,,she did it again, and then she did it again yesterday. We went to my brother-in-laws house cause it was his birthday and my husband told my son........tell grandma what a pirate says (he's 2) and then all of a sudden she says "as long as you don't say you want a brother" What? Where did that come from? She is making me soooooooooo mad, and I had told her last week when i went to her house on my time so that she can see her grandkids that me and my husband wanted to have one more.....and the reason i said it was so she could stop making those rude comments and she did it again anyway........and it just makes me mad cause my husband and i have said we wanted...

I have been with my fiancé for three years. I want to marry him, but I want to wait. He wants to rush in to the marriage, I think that if he loves me that he will be willing to wait for me. We have a lot to work on before we get married. He likes to manipulate me doesn’t like me to leave for the weekend to see my friends (controlling). I am 21 and he is 28 his friends are all married with kids and don’t have time to hang out. My friends are all still young and have time to hang out. So he and his mom guilt trip me about going and visiting them.

I don’t know how to explain how I am feeling; he said that if I didn’t marry him by October that he will leave me. I love him with all my heart but I feel like I need to go off and do my own thing before I commit. Is there anyway to do my own thing, and still be with him. Or is it unfair to him?

I need help and don’t know what to do… I need some advice please.

How would handle a situation of that matter? Do you think you would have a choice to choose over your mate or your children especially if you were married? Does it make a difference if your girlfriend/boyfriend or husband/wife? if either parties didn't like ones children?

Hi,

I got married in 2001 in an Arya Samaj Temple in Mumbai. Our Marraige did not work out and was never registered.

The reason for the fall out was alot of fights, mental and physical abuse and torture.

We have been seperated for a year now and I would like to get a divorce.

Though my wife (as most women who are wrong) may like to give this another shot, I am not willing to go through the entire process of getting my mind messed up again.

I would like to know the following:
a. since this marraige was never regiestered - would indian courts have jurisdiction over the marraige?
b. what would be the procedure for getting a divorce?
c. what is the time frame one can expect in which the divorce will be finalized.
d. I dont think my ex wife would want any allomony or money

Kindly help me

Thanks

This woman at work is bipolar and has had sex with me three times over the past month. I think she's taking advantage of me as I have been diagnosed as having multiple personalities and has told me she finds all three of them desirable. When we finish, I feel ashamed.

After a long night of passion, the young guy rolled over, pulled out a cigarette from his jeans and searched for his lighter. Unable to find it, he asked the girl if she had one at hand.

"There might be some matches in the top drawer," she replied.

He opened the drawer of the bedside table and found a box of matches sitting neatly on top of a framed picture of another man. Naturally, the guy began to worry.

"Is this your husband?" he inquired nervously.

"No, silly," she replied, snuggling up to him.

"Your boyfriend then?" he asked.

"No, not at all," she said, nibbling away at his ear.

"Well, who is he then?" demanded the bewildered guy.

Calmly, Tony replied, "That's me before the operation."
