My husband currently pays child support to his ex in IOWA, however he does not pay it directly to her it goes thru the court( plus it is deducted from his pay check so he has no clue where it goes). I am trying to find a website that will allow me to see when and where the lsat payment went. i dont have a credit card so a free iste would be great! I mean i have done searches for his ex and kid and i cant find ANYTHING on either of them which is making me worry that maybe his ex is conning him in some way! not to mention he has never even seen this child and he is now 5 years old. im trying to do this as a x-mas gift to my hubby. i wnt to find a way that i can speak with this girl and see if maybe she will allow him to see his child because i do not feel that it is right for him to pay for the kid but dosent even know what he looks like!
another thing is there a site where i can go to find a picture of this kid or some kind of info on him? any help is greatly appreciated! THANKS

If he is having his c/s taken out of his check, then it's court ordered! You can't just walk up to a lawyer and say Joe blow is the father of this baby and get support. If he were doubtful about it, he should have done a paternity test, but since his name is on the birth certificate, there really isn't much you can do! If you know his ss#, you can call the place directly and find out when the last payment was made. Or just simply look at his check stub, as to where the payments are sent (where the child lives) it's somewhere in Iowa. They will not give you an address / phone number etc to find out where these people live. I would ask your hubby and maybe he knows, then do a search from that.

As much as I admire and can appreciate your heart in all of this with your hubby, the bottom line is that the situation between him and his child is strictly his business only. He needs to be motivated enough to get up and do something about his child. Maybe if you presented your husband with some good ideas to go on he will begin the process to see his daughter. My husband's ex has used their child for years to get what she wants out of him and it continues to be a thorn in my side. However, once I backed down and realized that it was my husband's situation to deal with, I felt some weight lifted off of my shoulders. Speaking with the ex never got me anywhere but in an argument with my husband. I regret ever getting involved.

I don't know what the web site is for Iowa, but in Oklahoma we have one here. My x did not want to pay his child support and I had to go to the Child Support Division here to get my support. They made him pay the support, he paid it to them and then they sent it to me. They have a web site and I was always going to it to see if he had sent the money to them yet as that way I would know how soon I would be getting it. That site is free, or at least it is here.
As far as finding a site that will have a picture of the child......I don't know about that as that child is a minor.

I dont think you will find anything online even if you paid. The thing is he doesnt have to pay child support or back support unless it is his kid.He would have either signed the birth cert.or they need a dna test to prove its his.Its sounds like if it is his child then he would get visitation the mother cannot withhold that unless she found him a threat to her child.I would get a lawyer and he will trace to the mother and demand visitation .Its the law! Remember U are opening a can of worms dealing with the x.I would just let things go and dont meddle cause if your husband doesnt do the foot wrk than why would u?

There is no site that is gonna show you her addy by means of where the support goes. Your hubby himself would have to file for visitation in oder for the courts to get in touch with her.
BTW, support needs to be paid regardless of whether he sees the child or not. He needs to fight for visitation if its something he wants.
All you can do is search out her name, if possible.

The court system doesn't set up child support for children that don't exist. Perhaps something happened with the child that made him lose his visitation rights? Maybe he is the one that is not interested in the child. This is something he has to do himself.

YOU CAN PROBABLY CONTACT THE STATE DHS THAT HANDLES IT. HOWEVER THIS IS HIS CHILD NOT YOURS. HE NEEDS TO TAKE THIS REPONSIBILTY, AS THE FATHER LOOK AT THE DIVORCE DECREE. OR SIMPLY FILE A CUSTUDY PETITION THROUGH THE COURT. EVERYONE HAS RIGHTS TO THERE CHILDREN,UNLESS PROVEN UNFIT.
YOU NEED TO TALK TO YOU HUSBAND BEFORE YOU DO ANY OF THIS. HE MAY KNOW MORE THAN YOU THINK.
IF HE IS PAYING HIS SUPPORT THERE IS NO WAY COURTS WILL NOT AT LEAST LOOK AT VISITATION FOR THE FATHER.

it would artwork as long because of the fact the cardboard has the Visa or credit card image. it would desire to not artwork if the cardboard can in basic terms be used as a debit with a pin. yet maximum places take the two debit and credit.

locate the local css in the state capital of Iowa, using his ss# you should be able to access his files. where she receives payment is not an option in most states.
this is really something he should be pursuing.
